Hi, I'm Matthew.

I'm Matthew Williams, and I build automation systems for small businesses. Not the buzzwordy kind — the kind where your morning report shows up before your coffee is ready, your tools talk to each other without you copying data, and your website actually brings in calls.

I started Parallax Intelligence Partnership because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners — contractors, salon owners, auto shops — spending hours every day on things a computer should handle. They're great at what they do, but they're drowning in admin work that doesn't need a human touch.

I live in Battle Creek, right in the heart of Southwest Michigan. I grew up around here, and I know what it's like to live in a community where your reputation is everything. Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Marshall, Albion, Coldwater — these are towns where people could still do business on a handshake. That's the kind of trust I want to build on.

I use AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement. The right tools in the right hands can make one person as effective as a team of ten. That's not a sales pitch — it's how I run my own business. Every system I build for a client, I've built a version of for myself first.
